“This All-Night Vigil Sluzhebnik [Clergy Service Book] is a companion volume to the English Liturgy Sluzhebnik. The original was produced by typewriter and photocopy machine in 1976. Like the original, this edition follows the format and sequence of the Slavonic edition, with one or two exceptions where the Slavonic abbreviations have been expanded, e.g. , the prokeimenon at Vespers, to give complete sequential steps. All psalm verses are according to The Psalter According to the Seventy, published by Holy Transfiguration Monastery, Boston, MA, with the blessing of the late Metropolitan Philaret[...].”
